　Have you ever heard of the term “digital literacy¹“? Digital literacy is the ability to find, evaluate², utilize³, and create information using digital technology.

　The OECD conducted a survey⁴ to examine how 15-year olds would use computers and the Internet to learn. And according to the survey, the world’s most computer-literate⁵ students are in South Korea. 　Now, let’s remember the first sentence I used in this lesson. “Have you ever heard of the term ‘digital literacy’?” As you see, you can use the present perfect⁶ to describe your experience. Let’s learn two example sentences for now, one affirmative, the other negative. Then I will continue to discuss how to talk about your experience later on the website.

　さて、今回のレッスンの冒頭で用いたセンテンスを思い出してください。「デジタル・リテラシーという言葉を聞いたことがありますか?(Have you ever heard of the term ‘digital literacy’?)」と訊ねました。ご覧の通り、経験について語るには現在完了を用いることができます。ここでは肯定文と否定文、2つの例文を覚えましょう。後日、ウェブサイトで経験の語り方についておさらいします。
