　We’ve been facing a butter crisis. I haven’t seen a single stick of butter in supermarkets in the neighborhood for weeks now. The problem is I love butter. I don’t eat margarine.

　Anyhow, I read a news article about this massive butter shortage and I found a nice pair of question and answer in it. The question reads: Can we just import more butter? And the answer goes: It’s not that simple.

　It’s not that simple is a good sentence to remember, very frequently used in day-to-day conversations. The problem is more complex. It’s not as simple as you might think. It’s not that simple.
