attention は「注目を集める」。draw/gain/gather attention も同じ。pay attention は「注意を払う」。

おさらいです。
congratulations の注目ポイントは何と言ってもお尻の「s」です。必ず複数形で使います。congratulations to (someone) on (something)、前置詞も確認しときましょう。
